Description
We know that there are thousand of millions of pieces of information propagated in the online social networks such as Facebook. The information is usually from one user to another. However, what kind of pattern they are following for the diffusion. Is it community based, the diffusion of information only occurs within the community, or location based, the diffusion of information has the characteristics of location?
Answering such problem has the implications on social graph partitioning, to minimize the cost of the interactions. It also may help to diffuse certain type of information regarding the effectiveness of location or community...
