Description

Network coding offers the promise of improved performance by enabling intermediate nodes to process and combine incoming packets. This project focuses on the schematic and algorithmic aspects of P2P live streaming with network coding, and addresses network coding's deployment difficulties as well as its quality of service problems in P2P network. Possible topics to investigate are:

  • buffering algorithms
  • scheduling algorithms;
  • any other related topics..

Requirements

  • Self-motivation and teamwork spirit
  • with interests in computer network
