Title: Predicting income based on house price

What to do: Predicting personal income based on the price of their living places, working places and other places they visited

Why important: Personal income is the basic data of many research problems and applications. However, this data is quite hard to get. Many researchers just simply use the house price of people's living places as their income. However, are the relationship really suitable in any circumstances? And how the house prices of other important places, like the working area, affects the income? These important questions still remain to be answered.

Requirements: Python, basic ML and DM knowledge, and available in April.

what to do: we have a data set consists of thousands of people's real location, mobility data, and their real income. And the methods are clear if you have any DM experience. Or I can teach you.

The work is predominantly targeted at an approximately 3-month student project, but can be extended into a Master's thesis as well.
